Plane Crashes Into Arizona Mountains, All Passengers Reportedly Dead


Latest News A small twin-engine plane crashed into the Superstition Mountains east of Phoenix on Wednesday night and there was no apparent sign of survivors, authorities said. The body of a child has been discovered after a small plane crashed in Arizona's Superstition Mountains amid a fireball captured on video.

A mother is grieving the deaths of her three children, who were among six people killed when a small plane plowed into Arizona’s famed Superstition Mountains Wednesday night.

One of the children’s bodies was recovered overnight, Babeu told ABC News, but it was so badly disfigured authorities couldn’t tell if it was a boy or a girl.The kids’ dad, who was divorced from their mom, was one of the pilots on the plane, and had been bringing his kids from Mesa, Ariz. to Safford for Thanksgiving.

If rescue teams that are flown in by helicopter to reach the slump place, reported finding of two ruins fields in fire, proposing that the airplane broke apart on blow. "the hull is down in some of the columns of this rough terrain stuck," said Babeu late Wednesday. "this is no flat zone, this is fissured tip, almost like a reef type strong terrain".
